Ruegen-Hotel - Sassnitz

The hotel had a nice view from the windows, a quiet location, and a good breakfast. The pool area was clean and spacious, and the shower had good water pressure. The staff at the restaurant were excellent.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel by the sea with a superb view from the breakfast room on the upper floor. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices for clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were well-maintained. I also appreciated the breakfast included in the price, providing a nice start to my day.

The hotel had a good location for our Christmas trip, very close to the harbor and the market. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with a good choice of cereals, pastries, and fruits. It was also nice that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The rooms were not well-insulated and it was very cold despite the radiator being on. The shower was not very strong and had hot water issues.

As a disabled traveler, I found the Rugen-Hotel Sassnitz to be well-equipped for my needs. the spacious rooms were perfect for families and provided ample space for maneuverability. the location of the hotel was ideal, close to the harbor and conveniently situated for exploring Jasmine Park. the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant offered stunning views of the sea from both the panorama restaurant and the sea-facing rooms. the staff at the restaurant was excellent, providing outstanding service.

The hotel met my expectations and provided a pleasant experience overall.

Great location, helpful staff, easy access to restaurants and REWE, luggage storage, suggested spots in Saassnitz, excellent breakfast buffet with a view.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, right in front of the beach, is superb and provides a stunning view. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms, including three beds and heating, are satisfactory. The breakfast included is also a highlight, with a nice view from the breakfast room on the 9th floor.

No significant negative aspects, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel in the heart of the town exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right by the water. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast on the 11th floor offered a superb view of the sea. this hotel offered great value for money and the attention to detail was impressive.

Parking options could be improved.

Clean rooms, practical location near port and town. Parking available. Friendly staff. Lovely view from 9th floor breakfast room. Good food on offer. Will definitely return next year.

This hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and is a great starting point to explore all of Ruegen. the hotel's central location makes it easy to get to popular areas of interest. the rooms are comfortable and have everything one would need for a short stay. the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options and the service is attentive. Guests can also enjoy the sauna and stunning views from the hotel's breakfast room.

The pool is only available for hotel residents for a limited time in the morning.

The pool area was relaxing and clean, and the sea view from our room was fine. We were also kinda surprised by the breakfast with a good variety of food and a magnificent view of the sea. The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel at home. The hotel's location was central and within walking distance of many attractions, including museums and the harbour, where we could book boat trips along the coast.

Great view from the balcony and stunning view from breakfast room on the 9th floor. Breakfast included a good selection of meals and drinks, with free Wi-Fi that worked well. the hotel was excellently located, within walking distance of the U-Boot Museum and the nearby harbor.

The reception staff could have been more welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff sometimes knocked unnecessarily.
